Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $60 (before tax and after discounts).

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages
FERAL™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information. If you need additional assistance, you can reach us at hello@feralhairco.com.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
