Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and sanitation standards, all FERAL™ hair products are final sale and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, hair rollers, hair grips, clips, brushes, accessories, and styling tools.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@feralhairco.com with clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

European Union Customers

In accordance with EU consumer laws, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to sealed personal care or hygiene goods once opened or used.
